Should SIS allow students to use cell phones during the school day or not?

I think SIS should allow students to use cell phones during the school day. Many teachers and some students might think it will not help us and will disturbing students from studying in school. However, there are also advantages of using a cell phones during school days. Almost every student own smart phones and with those we could do whatever we want to do in the Internet. Most schools are banned to use cell phone during school times. Especially nowadays, lots of students are having smart phones. However, more then bad things of using cell phones at school, there are more good things of using cell phones at school. We also have some free times at school but we have nothing to do if we do not use our cell phones. Some people can play sports exercise if they want but not all people like sports. Students who do not like sports they have nothing to do except studying. But almost every students want rest during free time not sitting and studying. They can also talk each other but most students want to use their cell phones during break or lunch times. Schools have to discuss more about using cell phones at school.

Some students are using cell phones during class time without teachers knowing. If they get caught from teachers some students are showing disrespecting to teachers and disobeying what teacher tell them to do. Sometimes students’ cell phones are ringing during class times. It disturbs class and for teacher it is fair to keep students’ cell phone if they disturb class. However, what if the calls are emergency calls. Then students should answer the phone. I think school should allow students to keep their cell phone for emergency call from their parents. The calls from parents during class times are mostly important news and teachers should not take students’ phone if they get emergency call. Why do school just allow students to keep their cell phones. This rule might reduce the arguments between teachers and students during class time and reduce the bad relationship with teachers and students by arguing about cell phones. Nowadays, parents are worrying about bad people so they buy cell phones to their children to keep safe. Even they are inside school, it is not safe all the times. So keep themselves safe, students should have their cell phones during school times.

Some schools allow students to keep their cell phones during school times. On the other side, some schools are not allow students to keep their cell phones during school times. There are always to sides in one argument. It always depends on personal thinking. I think schools should allow students to use their cell phones at school. There are many reasons for that but the most important reasons are for emergency call from parents, safety for students’ selves, and can do their works by searching Internet by using their phones. There are also bad things to use cell phones at school but there are more good things. Therefore, I think SIS should allow students to use their cell phones during the school days.
